Refund Policy for

Book Publishing Lab

1.0 Project Re-activation

No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 20 days after placing your order.

However, if you want to reactivate your publishing order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

2.0 Consent

You hereby consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy by using our website.

3.0 Information we collect

The personal data you are required to give, and the justifications for why you are required to give it, will be explained to you at the point we request that you give your own data.

In the event that you reach us directly, we might get extra data concerning you, for example, your name, telephone number, email address, the items in the message or potentially connections you might disclose, and some other data you might decide to give.

When you register for an Account, we might request your contact data, among other things, for example, name, address, organization name, email address, and phone number.

4.0 How we use your data

We use the collected data in various ways, including to:

  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality

  • Understand how you use our website
  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website

5.0 All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement

  • You make a request when the initial concepts for a cover are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained.
  • If request for refund is made before the delivery of initial cover concepts or the editing update, then you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial project delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If the request for the refund is made after 48-120 hours the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
  • No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your publishing order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • It takes 25-30 working days to process the refund as per the company policy.
  • No refund requests will be entertained on SEO and SMM projects after 48 hours
  • Once the brief form is filled and the relevant team is assigned on the project then the customer is only entitled for Money Back.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • For video animation packages no refund request will be entertained after the designing of the storyboard.
  • All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Book publishing lab, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
  • For Book publishing lab / Custom packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.
  • A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the project brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction
  • Money back guarantee is based on that the order is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.
